- Preparation and application of technical solutions and development solutions for the organization and operation of the project and project documentation, projected in the choice of solutions and selection of operators involved in the preparation of project documentation, selection of materials and technology solutions
- Assistance in obtaining major approvals and coordination with customers in the process of obtaining permits and authorization to prepare the strategy in relation to the construction and eventual etapnost other external influences, and coordination with the authorities, urban and professional services organizations and individuals involved in issuing approvals and permits,
- The financial clearing and building commitment.
