Company Mihovec d.o.o. has been doing business since 1994, on the fields of implementing investment, business and management services and in the fields of developing own investment projects, as follows.
Investment projects
The primary activity of the company includes the development and implementation of investment projects such as: residential properties, business facilities, trading centres, tourist facilities, fair facilities, garage-parking houses, rest stops along highways and similar. In addition to implementing services for known contracting authority we also prepare and carry out own investment projects and cooperate as a co-investor in projects.
Our work includes all services for the development of an investment project, from the initial programme conceptualisation and feasibility study and all the way to the making of plans and obtaining permits and licenses, and investor engineering and management of the implementation.

Building management
On the market our company offers the rental of business and residential premises, from our own fund of real estates. We build our own real estates with our own developmental plans and engineer and developmental knowledge with an emphasis on quality construction, functionality and energy efficiency. Our company has been implementing the activity of building management since 2001 and already from the very beginning we have been developing our own system of management services. We implement management services with due care, concern and diligence as well as professionalism, and they include all the activities from marketing the premises and concluding rental agreements and all the way to regular monthly management of rental relationships and maintenance of facilities including the surroundings. With a personal approach our company strives for prompt solving of current issues and with that for well-being of our premises users.
